  • Take I-5 South
  • Take Exit 256 toward WA-539 N/ Meridian Street
  • Turn Left onto McLeod Rd at the stop sign
  • Turn Right onto Meridian St at the light
  • Turn Left onto Birchwood Avenue at the first light
  • Birchwood Ave is 0.1 miles past W. Orchard Drive. If you reach Squalicum Way you have gone too far. Look for the blue cottages on the left.
  • 470 Birchwood Ave suite C is in the back right corner of the parking lot.

  • Take I-5 North
  • Take Exit 256A Meridian St/ Lynden Exit
  • At the light, turn Left onto Meridian St
  • Turn Left onto Birchwood Avenue at the second light
  • Birchwood Ave is 0.1 miles past W. Orchard Drive. If you reach Squalicum Way you have gone too far. Look for the blue cottages on the left.
  • 470 Birchwood Ave suite C is in the back right corner of the parking lot.
